Nurse Practitioner Christin Delaney is devoted to the health and well-being of her patients. She started practicing as a registered nurse in 2014 and as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020. Christin treats simple to chronic wounds, focusing on preventive care in a primary care setting and restoring health to her community. She has a been doing wound care for 5 years.
A second-generation graduate in her family, Christin earned her Associate’s degree in nursing from Concorde Career College, Jacksonville, Fl. She later received her Master’s in Nursing with a specialty in Family Practice from Simmons University in Boston Massachusetts.
A motivator and inspirational healthcare professional, Christin aspires to support her patients in making healthy decisions through difficult, yet critical, conversations. She is passionate about giving more to her community as a mentor in advanced practice nursing and as an advocate for achieving equitable healthcare for patients.
